Turkey Parmesan Meatballs

This is a great recipe that’s quick, tasty, and the only cooking skill needed is: be able to get your hands a little dirty, and pay attention to a timer. These are a great added protein option for any meal, like spaghetti, or the main protein option paired with something like steamed vegetables and rice – this is how I usually eat them.

Notes about recipe:

  • You can sub-out turkey for another type of ground meat, same serving sizes will apply.
  • Something to keep in mind: Turkey and chicken are leaner meats, they are therefore more sensitive to overcooking resulting in dryness, so make sure you don’t over cook them.
